The EP was expertly produced, mixed, engineered, and masterminded at Citizen Vinyl Studios in Asheville, North Carolina by Gar Ragland – with mastering by Philip Shaw Bova – attributing ‘Happily Ever After’ to Kristian and Hollie’s everlasting romance. Each work, beautifully composed by enthusiastic performers, honours their link while also providing as a musical monument to their long-lasting romance.
Kristian’s EP ‘Happily Ever After’ is based on his own life story. After experiencing a number of life-altering hardships, including the death of his late father, homelessness, and heartbreak, this album became his avenue for healing and self-discovery through music. Kristian’s message is perfectly conveyed through its musical performance: resilience, love, and finding one’s way back to happiness even under the most difficult of circumstances.
“This EP is a follow-up to my last album, ‘For Everything, There is a Season,’ which ended with a break-up song. Many listeners don’t know that the break-up on ‘Season’ was real—it was with Hollie. ‘Seasons’ was written and recorded after we parted ways, a way for me to process the heartbreak. But life had other plans. Hollie and I found our way back to each other and are now happily married.” Kristian Phillip Valentino
