Residing in the stunning beach town of Byron Bay, Australia, surfer and artist, Nick Stenmark is the man behind the musical project, ‘Soloman And The Sea’.

With music inspired by the likes of Old Sea Brigade, Garret Kato, The Paper Kites and Kyle Lionheart, Nick packed up his previous life in Sydney Australia to live a life of connection, which has significantly impacted the way that he writes music.

“It’s about shedding old layers. Simplifying. Connecting with nature, myself. Writing honest songs, in a lovely environment.” Nick Stenmark (Soloman and the sea)

If you are an avid fan of The Voice Australia, you may also remember Nick Stenmark on Season two.

Soloman And The Sea’s latest single, ‘Maybe I’ll Call This Home’ brings a peaceful and reflective singer/songwriter/folk vibe. You can picture Nick sitting on the beach, playing as he is exploring his true self, while the waves come crashing in.

“’Maybe I’ll Call This Home’ came about driving home on the M1… afternoon sun streaming through the window. A moment of reflection, clarity, everything feeling right. This is where I’m meant to be. Right here and now. Realising there is a different way to live. It IS possible.” Nick Stenmark (Soloman and the sea)

If you’re looking for an easy, relaxing and reflective tune, this is an absolute must listen.
