Grace describes her creation below:
“I wrote this song one long weekend, while stuck in traffic. I was in that state of mind where you’re constantly dreaming about getting away, but never do.”
“To me, this song was my outlet to express myself and what I was feeling during COVID19. It’s also the feeling of not accomplishing anything, and just like that- another year is over.”
“Like most people during the peak of COVID, I was stuck doing the same thing every day, and for me, this was my opportunity to put those feelings into a song.”
