Let me introduce a captivating song I recently discovered by Glowstate called “Liquid Self Help”. They’re a newly formed pop band making waves in pop music circles, and are well worth taking a listen to!

One thing that really stands out about this song is how it blends a catchy beat with an effortless ambience. The layers of harmonies transport you into another world. This track can easily become one that you listen to over and over, without tiring of it!

Glowstate consists of two extraordinary artists: Quinn Pochekailo and Larsen Sigmon. Quinn began writing and performing music when he was only 11 years old, while Larsen took to singing at five and has performed alongside her sisters ever since.

Glowstate was formed when Larsen sought a Logic Pro teacher and met Quinn. Working on projects together, they formed Glowstate and have been creating incredible music ever since – their chemistry and creative synergy can be heard clearly in their music!

“Liquid Self Help” was recorded in a closet of a one-bedroom San Diego apartment by Quinn and written all in one sitting while waiting for one of his students. The song explores failing relationships and their attempts at communication honestly while being trapped in an unhealthy limbo where alcohol offers comfort from feelings of inadequacy and loss.

Glowstate manages to inject hope and optimism into their music despite dealing with heavy subjects, sharing authentic experiences while still conveying optimism with upbeat melodies that keep listeners hooked. I think they are worth keeping an eye on, and am eager to hear what new material they come up with next.
