Well, Alex found herself in that exact situation last year when she was filming in Cape Town. She was out with some friends, including one that she had a bit of a crush on. Wine was flowing, and things were getting late, but they both knew that it wasn’t the right time to make a move. In fact, Alex actually told him that she wanted to kiss him when she was sober. And from that moment, the inspiration for her latest single was born!
But wait, there’s more! Alex teamed up with the awesome producer Daniel Newcombe (BEKA), who also worked on her hit track “Lost in You.” Together, they brought the song to life, creating a vibe that’s perfect for those early morning hours when you’re feeling a little sleepy and a lot yearning. It’s all about wanting something but knowing that you need to be sensible, and we can’t get enough of it!
