Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia based artist, Ollie Twohill returns with his latest single, ‘Hollow’.

Playing for the last 6 years on the street busking and at local venues and festivals, attending a live show of Ollie Twohill is an experience to be remembered, as he sings while using his feet to play the stompbox and a looping pedal with his guitar and hi-hat cymbal.

Working on recordings with siblings, Blair (Drums) and Lawson (Bass), Ollie creates a sound inspired by the likes of Neck Deep, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Blink 182, Jet, Avril Lavigne and John Mayer.

The latest single release from Ollie Twohill, ‘Hollow’ was inspired by a relationship ending abruptly. The song tells a story of the empty, hollow feeling felt with the shock of feeling blind sighted at the time.

“Guess we can all relate to a relationship breakup, that we didn’t see coming. That feeling of being lost and in denial, that things can be rectified. Convincing yourself that things can turn around. So my lyrics here outline that. “I’ve overstayed my welcome I can feel all the tension rise And I was thinking Maybe tonight we can set our sails in the night (I’m drowning)”” Ollie Twohill

‘Hollow’ brings a lively and catchy, and creates a rock atmospheric soundscape that lays the foundation for Ollies inviting and unique vocal style. This is a track that is not only relatable, but will leave you wanting more from this great artist.
