Hailing from London in the United Kingdom, songwriter, Jack Hawitt explores themes of meaningful relationships and other human experience topics, inspired by his own life experience as LGBTQ+ and as a living, breathing human.
Jack has an impressive resume, having collaborated with the likes of Ava Max, Megan Thee Stallion, Jonas Blue, R3hab, Pharrell Williams, Jess Bays and Kelli-Leigh, had his music featured on Love Island (UK/USA), Netflix’s Top 10 film ‘Feel The Beat’, and written the song that was used for the United Kingdom’s entry to the Junior Eurovision 2022.
Co-written with Camden Cox and Joe Warriner, the latest single release from Jack Hawitt, ‘Love Or A Lie’ tells a story about accepting that life or a relationship is not always easy, however it is important to live in the moment and enjoy the moment of right now, regardless of what is happening at the time.
“I wanted it to have a hopeful message and feel euphoric.” – Jack Hawitt
‘Love Or A Lie’ has a vibe of uplifted and optimistic bliss, as the energy in the soundscape builds you from a place of dis-ease to a space of hopefulness and positivity.
