Canadian singer songwriters, Nicole McCafferty and Armand Antony make up the pop country duo, Broadtree.
We previously had a chat with Nicole and Armand in September 2021, with the release of their track, ‘Breath of Fresh Air’. You can read the article here.
With a background in musical theatre, the pair have developed their own unique style of storytelling lyricism, blended with catchy pop country melodies that bring awareness to subjects such as racial equality, mental illness, or bringing awareness to communities that they feel are often underrepresented in our modern day society.
Following a successful first year as a duo, and the success of their first five single releases, Broadtree’s latest single, ‘You Only Miss Me Cause I’m Gone’ is a catchy empowering track that speaks of knowing your worth and standing up for yourself, after a relationship has ended.
If you love a hooky country track that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this fun song is abslutely one for your playlists!
