London, United Kingdom based indie artist, Jack Balfour Scott is the man and the brains behind the musical project, LEAP.
Prior to his latest endeavours, Jack was part of the indie outfit, The Mispers / Junior Empire, who were signed to Capitol Records and were known for their fanatical cult following and entertaining live shows, before they went their separate ways in 2018.
In the UK spring of 2020, LEAP was introduced into the public arena, with his debut single, ‘N.L.T.D’. Since that time LEAP has released singles, ‘Where The Silence Goes’, ‘Energies’, ‘Potions’ and now the latest release, ‘Blood and Wine’.
The latest single release from LEAP, ‘Blood and Wine’ brings a haunting atmospheric soundscape filled with authentic and heart-wrenching storytelling.
“Blood and Wine came out of nowhere sitting at the piano one day. It’s totally different to anything I’ve released with the band before but came from an honest place of trying to get over the loss of a family member last year. In a way, It’s a love note to those who are willing to hang on with you even through your darkest moments.” LEAP
‘Blood and Wine’ is a track that truly strips back all the walls and takes you back to your most authentic self.
