1. Leave This Town – Summer Rain
Vancouver Island, Canadian based band, Summer Rain, originate from a town whose population’s averages 65 years of age. The band have a goal of creating old-school inspired music that brings a youthful twist and encouraging listeners not to take themselves too seriously.
The folk/indie rock band, consisting of band members, Will McLelland (guitar, vocals), Josh Beausoleil (bass, vocals), and Logan Hale (drums), create their music through a harmonious collaboration of band members, using the strengths that each member posesses.
Their latest track, ‘Leave This Town’ is all about the burning desire to create change and start something new.. perhaps to start somewhere new.
The pop-rock song contains the feel of a Beatles song, through the guitar parts and melodies and fuses this with a Beach Boys feel with the harmonies through the song.

2. Shadowdancer – Desmond Myers (Album)
Living a life between two cities, Atlanta in Georgia, USA and Paris, France is r&b and pop singer/songwriter, Desmond Myers.
Within the Parisian music scene, Desmond has built quite a reputation, performing regularly around the beautiful city of love.
His debut emotional album, Shadowdancer, was completely self written and self conceptualised and is heavily inspired by his relationship with life in France.
The eight songs on the album travel across a multitude of different genres to create a journey for the listener as they move throughout the songs.. You will experience the motivational grooves, sultry crooning and addictive beats.
As you listen to Desmond Myers’ album, you will be taken by his incredibly alluring vocals that take you straight into his emotional world and as he reaches those warm falsetto notes, you will find yourself listening so much more intently.

3. Time – Jaia Lyne
Los Angeles, US based Jaia Lyne is a singer-songwriter, actress, model, who’s music career formed almost by accident, as the pandemic washed across the world.
Jaia didn’t imagine ever having a music career, but the pandemic allowed her the time and the space to begin to create, which she began with a track that she wrote and produced in her bedroom, ‘Black Velvet’.
Influenced by artists such as Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, and the 1975, Jaia has released her latest single, ‘Time.
The song was written in a moment where Jaia was finding that she was comparing herself to others.. It was against everything that she believed and was finding herself drifting away from where she wanted to be. The time of the pandemic was leading her to spend more and more time watching those around her on social media.
Jaia’s message that she wants to share throughout the song is ‘Life doesn’t always go according to plan, but it does always work out in your favor.’
Listening through the track, you will be blown away by her stunning and sweet vocals and the light harmonies throughout the song.. there is so much beautiful emotion throughout this track.

4. Sweet Life – Ollie Wade
Influenced by artists such as Ed Sheeran and James Bay, UK based artist, Ollie Wade, began his music career in an online capacity by posting folk-pop covers on YouTube and on his vlog.
At just 17 years old, as Ollie began to build a following, he wrote and released his first original single, ‘Free’, which was an emotional tribute and legacy to his late brother, Ben.
Since that time, Ollie has been releasing music, toured around the UK and even played an intimate show for the Dutchess, Kate Middleton.
Ollie Wade’s latest uplifting, yet chilled single, ‘Sweet Life’, shares a simple but inspiring message, “Living is what
life is for”.. It’s a message that following the pandemic, so many of us need to hear and was inspired by Ollie’s personal experience during Covid-19 lockdowns.. A reminder to himself that he could find true happiness and fulfilment in his family, friends, relationships and passions and that things with monetary value weren’t important in his life.

5. You Ma Dude – Jazzella
Australian, Sunshine Coast based travelling artist, JaZZella, began her musical journey at 15 years of age, when she was chosen to represent Australia against 50 countries in the World Championships of Performing Arts.
JaZZella, at 23 years of age, has now performed over 2000 shows along the east coast of Australia and captivates her audiences with songs about her life, self reflections and big dreams.
Inspired by artists such as Amy Winehouse, BENEE and Mac Miller, heer songs are filled with JaZZella’s unique individuality and attitude.
JaZZella’s latest single, You Ma Dude’ blends the vibes of Jazz, Funk, R&B and Pop into a flirtatious feeling love song.
The song was written by JaZZella one night in her bedroom, during a late night solo jam and quickly became a hit.
