Roisin O Takes The Time To Be Raw and Honest With Album, ‘Courageous’

Having shared the stage with the likes of Lionel Richie, Bryan Ferry, Brad Paisley, Hozier and Colin Hay, Irish, Dublin born powerhouse artist, Roisin O has had a music career that many artists aspire to reach.

Ten years ago, Roison O released her debut album, ‘The Secret Life of Blue’.

Since that time, she has headlined tours in Ireland, Germany, United States and Australia, performed at the JJ Abram’s Oscar Wilde Awards in LA, where she played with Snow Patrol, for the likes of Stephen Spielberg and James Corden, and released an array of singles that have garnered the attention of fans and the music industry alike.

Roisin has now released her sophomore album, ‘Courageous’, an album that started during 2020 lockdowns.. A time where Roisin O needed to take the time to be courageous and honest about where she was heading.

Produced by Danny O’Reilly (The Coronas), Cormac Butler (Gavin James, James Vincent McMorrow) and Lar Kaye (All Tvvins, True Tides) and mixed by Phil Magee (Kodaline, The Script), the album features the beautiful track, Better Now, which Roisin O sings about the resolve to come out of heartache stronger and empowered.
